Often times when people hear words like “paleo” they are convinced that the food is going to be difficult and time consuming to prepare.
As a busy-as-can-be mom, I would be lying if I said I didn’t have that thought initially.

My crock pot is one of my favorite kitchen tools because I can dump ingredients into it, enjoy the scent as it cooks throughout the day, and then present a meal that satisfies.

This is a recipe you can use if you’ve never tried to make it, but know that you can alter it based on what you have on hand. I throw in carrots, celery, onions, parsnips, whatever I find in the fridge or pantry. This will become a staple in your house since you can freeze it as well.
